Website and social media management
Zell’s Cafe is a local Portland breakfast spot, a cozy coffee cafe, and a historic community meeting place. When Zell’s came to The Swell Co-Lab, they had a website built in the 90’s and a very limited presence on social media. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, the Zell’s team knew that they needed to completely change their business model to better connect with their loyal audience where they were: online.
We partnered with the owners of Zell’s Cafe to refresh and redesign their website as well as help them introduce an online ordering system so customers could pick-up food to go. To continue to communicate with their very active and loyal customer base, we helped them set-up a brand Instagram account as well as hosted a photoshoot to allow them to continue to share up-to-date news and high-quality images in real-time. We then helped them increase their engagement and conversations on social media by managing their Facebook and Instagram page and providing them with new ideas and best practices to continue to grow their audience.
