Purpose, Vision, and Mission

We have been known to strongly encourage organizations to craft purpose, vision, and mission statements. Why? Because they serve as a roadmap, a compass, and a superhero suit all in one. They provide direction, help you stay focused, and empower you to achieve your goals.

Your purpose is like the north star, guiding you towards what truly matters to your business. Your vision is like a fancy GPS system, showing you the destination and helping you plan the best route to get there. And your mission is like a superhero suit, giving you the courage, inspiration, and motivation to take on any challenge that comes your way.

And to prove we put our money where our mouth is, here are Swell’s:

Our Purpose

We exist to help organizations prioritize human-centered design and employ empathy by crafting inclusive experiences, telling authentic stories, driving positive change, and building connections across cultures, backgrounds, and identities.

Our Vision

We envision a future where brands understand the importance of putting people first. Where consumers are no longer seen as mere targets to be hit with campaigns or as faceless entities to be sold to. We imagine a new era where they are seen as real people with real needs, desires, and dreams. Where brands seek to truly understand them, to connect with them, to inspire them.

Our Mission

We are driven by our commitment to challenge how brands connect with people. It is our mission to empower organizations to engage with their teams and communities to create experiences that ignite imagination, spark action, deepen trust, and MAKE THEM FEEL SOMETHING.

And for good measure, here are Swell’s core values:

Be Kind

Listen thoughtfully and challenge constructively

Welcome Change

Embrace discomfort and find humor in the struggle

Deliver Results

Create with purpose and provide human-centric solutions

Go Big

Greet challenges enthusiastically and participate courageously

Empower Others

Flatten the hierarchy and encourage diverse voices

Be Humble

Check your ego and champion new ideas
