THE CHALLENGE

Creekside Puppy Adoptions was driving high volumes of traffic to their site through paid SEO, however, the site wasn't converting as well as it should.  

 

THE SOLUTION

• Through understanding the end-users research and buying behaviors, the site architecture was updated to provide users with an easy-to-navigate buyer journey.

• To assist with organic SEO, individual breed pages were established in the top-level nav. This also made it easier for potential puppy purchasers to home in the exact right breed for their family.

• The ability to either place a deposit to reserve a puppy or to directly purchase a puppy was simplified.

• The overall design was updated to align with potential customers' expectations.

• The copy was rewritten to better resonate with the audience.
